New Season, Big Changes
We’ve been a little MIA recently, and it’s not without reason. You see, we’re going through some changes here at Action Cycles, and whilst some of those changes are very exciting and eagerly anticipated – some of them are bittersweet.
Our first change is that Dave McEwan will no longer be the co-owner of Action Cycles, so unfortunately, you won't be able to pop in to see him anymore. Should you have anything you need assistance with that Dave previously helped you with, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our other staff, and we’ll be happy to take on the load.
We thank Dave for his amazing 8 years working at Action Cycles and wish him all the best on his future endeavors. We would also like to wish him all the best for his training for the upcoming Iron Man being hosted in Mossel Bay. Good luck, Dave!
With that being said, Garth will once again take full ownership of the store.
Secondly, with some of our team deciding to take on new challenges and journeys within this new season, we now also have an opportunity to welcome some new faces.
We’d like to give a warm welcome to Royce, who will be part of the team from now on at Action Cycles. Should you decide to pop us a visit, feel free to give him a big welcome!
Thirdly. AI. It’s everywhere. It’s loud. There is no escape and whilst AI can sometimes be a nuisance more than it is a pleasure, we can assure you that this next part is quite exciting. META glasses are officially coming to Action Cycles. Need help with your training? Want to snap a photo or take a video during your ride or run? Need to connect Strava to something that isn’t your phone? Well, look no further than META. We have a range of Oakley’s coming in and they’re coming in hot so be sure to look out for more information as the dates draw near. We’re expecting them sometime in November so more news will follow shortly. We understand that not everyone is an athlete, so we’ve made sure to get our hands on some of those META Ray-Bans as well. You’re welcome.
We’ve also got some fresh new colours and designs in a range of new cycling jerseys! Stop by and see them for yourself. Stop being boring and add a splash of colour to your ride!
Lastly, we have even more big changes coming to the store and we’re so excited to share them with you as soon as we can. Please give us a little time and patience as we find our new footing and figure some things out. Your support has always been valued and appreciated, and we can’t wait to give back to our loyal customers in many ways, shapes and forms.
To new seasons and new beginnings. Venture awaits!
