Chasing Yellow in July

Chasing Yellow in July

Tour de France Fever has hit!

Every July, the cycling world turns its attention to the Tour de France. The most prestigious race in the sport. First held in 1903, the Tour was created to boost newspaper sales and has since grown into a global event watched by millions.

This year's race promises three weeks of thrilling battles, iconic mountain stages, and unforgettable moments as the world's best riders compete for the famous yellow jersey. More than just a race, the Tour inspires cyclists of all levels and showcases the passion, teamwork, and perseverance that make our sport so special. The Tour will take place from the 4th - 26th July 2026.

Fun fact: The yellow jersey was introduced in 1919 and gets its colour from the yellow paper used by the newspaper that founded the Tour. Riders will cover over 3,000 km across 21 stages before the race concludes on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
